Yahoo invisible detector not working , How to detect an invisible person now?
The most demanding bug patch, yahoo invisible detection bug, has been patched by yahoo now. After 2-3 years finally yahoo has succeeded in patching the invisible messenger id bug.
What was the bug ?
When a user is having ‘invisible’ status on yahoo messenger, some services were there that were providing facility to detect whether the id is offline or invisible. The services were sending some data packets to yahoo server for detecting “real” status of id depending upon response difference.
First Yahoo patched the bug for US region ids. Then extended the patch for worldwide ids. Though it took around about 2-3 years to patch the bug. Negative thing for the owners of the invisible detecting websites is with this patch there will be less traffic for them. Thousands of websites will get affected.
Now, How to detect whether someone is invisible or offline ?
You can load Doodle IM environment (IMvironment). If the doodle gets loaded then the friend is invisible. (wait like 20-30 seconds). After a minute of loading if you still see a message “Waiting for your buddy to load Doodle” then the friend is offline.
