Who said only scientists can generate ideas to save energy , if students do it more efficiently what would you call them ? A scientist ?
Contraption is the event in that you can complete a task most complex way you can. In this event you have to save potential energy in a ball and you have to use it in the path that you have designed.
It starts from very basic phenomena of saving energy extended up to as many steps as you can do. Number of steps is the main criteria for judging winners.
Chintan Killedar, a 2nd year student, of SGSITS, Indore told that they made the contraption model in 15-20 days along with daily college. It is having 21 steps.
Why I like contraption ? I like them because it’s fun to see the ball travelling to the steps that participants have made. The path may have obstacles, speed boosters etc.
I am enjoying techfest at IITB. Now talking lunch break, after lunch posting craziest and wildest robowar pictures ever I have seen.
