Logo is the most important thing for a company. Logo is an identity for many companies and it will become identity for your company too.

How much a Logo costs ?

A vector logo costs around 20$. You can get affordable designers at some webmasters & designer forums like Digital Point.

One of the common mistakes is ordering a non-vector logo. Vector logo is a logo which is made of vector graphics. When a graphic is vector graphic you can resize it to any size without blur. This problem occurs when a small logo is designed for website or visiting card and in following years company needs to print a hording banner. At that time if your designed logo is not vector you must need to get it redesigned.

Some important factors of a logo :

Vector: As explained above.

Use Times New Roman or Arial fonts: Using cursive or handwriting fonts make a logo look unprofessional. Unless its an art or creative business try to use simple and sober fonts.

Use a few colors: Using more colors may improve look of a logo but when it comes to hard printing it will increase your printing cost. Also shaded color can’t be printed for cheap. Try to use solid colors.

CMYK/RGB: Obtain logo in both color standards. RGB will be useful when you will be dealing with projectors and LED screens.

After completing order don’t forget to collect source file from the designer. Vector graphics can be designed in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator etc..
