Ajay Bhatt, Chief Client Architecture, Intel Fellow gave a lecture in IIT Bombay as a part of techfest 2010 lecture series.

In his current job in intel he is working on shaping the computer, reduce the size of computer changing computer architecture.

To have complete mobile experience 5 factors are the most important.

2. Software and Internal Compatibility

3. Battery life

4. New form factor

He explained importance of reducing size of device as a need of mobile computing but also mentioned how heat increases with the decrease of thickness. “The current need of mobile internet is not solved yet, people are still avoiding use of mobile internet due to cost and low speed” he added.

Mr. Bhatt replied to questions arising from youth minds appreciating the good ideas among them. It was nice to see inventor of USB, which I use everyday, live !
