Speed up browsing – Some firefox tips
Its not tech configuring tips for speeding up your daily browsing speed but its the thing that can make you browsing speedly by changing attitude of browsing.
Firefox has some inbuilt things that makes you browsing speedily but many people don’t know these.Don’t worry if you don’t know them I am going to post them here.
1. Firefox has default direction to Google I m feeling Lucky button setting.
You must be thinking how this thing is useful.
Now think you need to go to a website yahoo.com So what you need to do is in address bar just type yahoo and press enter.
Same way you can use it for all famous sites.Type orkut n press enter and reach to orkut.com
another use of this is if you need something product or anything then just type it out
like I need internet download manager then I would just type it and it will take me to official site or download page in most of cases.
If you need info about something like radio active just type it ,it will take you to the most relative page of your query.
Just try it and use it.Get used to it you will save a lot time in daily use.No need to use google to find a thing!
2.Remembering some useful shortcuts
You should get used from these shortcuts
CTRL + T – Gives you a new tab
F5 refreshes the page
F6 – Makes Address bar active.(Puts cursor there to type)
F7 – Actives the special mode where you can navigate on page by keyboard (very useful when you are not using mouse or less familiar with it)
Rather than some tech tweaks will help you like editing config.
