How to disable new Facebook Photo Viewer (Popup) ?

Didn’t like Facebook’s new photo viewer ? Here is a trick to get Facebook’s old photo viewer. Disable Facebook’s new popup photo viewer.

You must use Firefox or Chrome to have the advantage.

For Firefox: Install greasemonkey addon. Chrome will run user scripts without any addon. Greasemonkey install is not needed for chrome.

Install Facebook Theater mode killer user script.

How the script works:

Custom user scripts runs on webpages. The scripts can make changes to webpages. The Photo viewer killer script will change all new Facebook photo viewer links to old photo viewer.

Is the script safe to run ? I have heard you should not run unknown JavaScript.
